Here are my Top 5 Tracks of the Week (3rd – 10th June) in no particular order.

Finally on time..

1. Nipsey Hus$le  – All Get Right (Featuring J Stone)

allgetright

It’s Fair to say Nipsey has been in and out of the rap game during the last few years, but this mixtape is shaping up to be a classic. TM3: Victory Lap is set for release soon.

And would just like to classify J Stone is not Joss Stone..haha

2. Stwo – Wifey

wifey11

Looks like Stwo is going to give MNEK a run for his money for the title of refix king. A banger from the French artist over a classic R&B track by Next.

3. Wale – Poor Decisions (Featuring Rick Ross & Lupe Fiasco)

wale-poordecisions cover

Real smooth track off MMG collective’s upcoming compilation LP, Self Made Vol 3

4. Action Bronson – The Rockers (Featuring Wiz Khalifa)

AB Saab Stories

Slept on Action tracks for a while till I heard Rare Chandeliers, and Harry has got to be one of the best producers in the game at the moment. This track is a leak off  their upcoming joint project “Saaab Stories”,Wiz chips in with a solid feature.

5. J. Cole – Crooked Smile (Featuring TLC)

Crooked Smile Cover

Managed to get a listen of J’s 2nd album Born Sinner, as he tries to put to bed accusations that he can’t make a mixtape sounding album (if that makes sense). Without giving too much away, this is not the only thing he tries to put to bed in a somewhat controversial album. This track was leaked ahead of the full release.

Bonus: No New Friends (Video)

Drake, Weezy and Ross take it back to 1996 for the visuals of this hit, plus you get to see Drake’s infamous Dada two piece!
